Payouts and Payout Calculation
Payouts are based on the income that the site makes each month Base on the current earning of Whaleofaptc, you will get paid 10% of your Account earning. For example, you request for $1 payout, then you should get $0.10 or more. This is change every payout, you may get less or more for the same payout each time.

All Redemtion requests must be submitted by the 12Pm of each calendar month and will be processed and sent out no later than the 12Mp of the following Day Basically if you request payout on december 27th you will be paid no later than the 15th of january for your redemption request! Only 1 redemtion request per Day will be honored there is a edit payout button to clear previous request and request new amount. Anyone caught harrasig staff mods or owners of site over payout dates,amounts, or etc will have their account suspended for 60 days on first offense. On Second Offense will be banned from site and any future sites by us.
Proxy Use
We do not allow the use of Proxys to view ads on our site. If you are caught using a Proxy, your account will be terminated.
Multiple Joins
You are not allowed to create any more than one(1) account per household or IP .
False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to remove all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our site.
Cheating would include any of the following:
Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
Spam
We do not believe in spam, and we are very strict on the handling of your information. The only emails you will receive are periodic emails with information about updates, Site Specials and issues with the site.
Inactive Accounts
If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, your account will be deleted.
Advertising Terms
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials (including 'scantily clad people') of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be English.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses.
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
